What does the one-time setup fee cover?+
The setup fee guarantees the system is ready to work from day one. It covers preparing a dedicated server environment, initial module configuration, and setting up accounts for your first users.
Who are "External users" and why are they free?+
These are your clients, subcontractors or business partners. They can log in to the system for free (within the limit of your plan) to view projects, tasks or invoices shared with them. They don't have access to system configuration or your company's full data.
Can I move to a higher plan during the contract?+
Of course — your business grows. You can upgrade your plan or add a pack of 5 extra users at any time. The fee will be prorated for the rest of your current billing period.
Where is my company's data physically stored?+
All data is stored on secured servers within the European Union, guaranteeing GDPR compliance. We also perform regular backups to protect your information.
Does Flowgres offer monthly billing, or only yearly?+
We offer both. Annual billing is the best value — you get one month free compared to the monthly rate. If you prefer monthly payments, that's also available for every plan.
