What exactly does the one-time installation fee (€450) cover?
The installation fee is a guarantee that your system will be up and running from day one. It includes preparation of your dedicated server environment, initial configuration of modules, setting up accounts for first users.
Who are the "External Users" and why are they free?
External users are your clients, subcontractors or business partners. They can log into the system for free (within the allotted limit for a given package) to view specific projects, tasks or invoices provided to them. They do not have access to the system configuration or your company's full data.
Can I upgrade to a higher package during my contract?
Of course! We understand that your business is growing. You can upgrade your plan at any time (for example, from Basic to Small) or buy a package of additional 5 users. The fee will be prorated until the end of your current billing period.
Where is my company's data physically stored?
Security is our top priority. All data is stored on secure servers located in the European Union, which guarantees 100% compliance with the RODO Directive (GDPR). We also perform regular backups (backups) to protect your information.
Does Flowgres offer monthly payments or only annual payments?
The prices listed in the price list assume an annual payment in advance, which allows us to offer the most favorable rate per user. However, we know that every company has different budgeting processes. If you prefer billing in a different model, please contact our sales department before implementation.
