Functionality
Configure permissions for the project role, giving you the ability to decide the visibility of subtasks (parameter: mine or all).
- "My subtasks" refer to the subtasks assigned to a specific user. This means that the user will only be able to see the subtasks that have been assigned to him.
- "Subtasks all" refers to all subtasks within a given main task. This means that the user will be able to see all subtasks, regardless of whether they are assigned to him or other team members
With this separation, users can tailor their perspective of the project to their own tasks or have a broader view that includes all subtasks within the main task. This is an important information management tool to better organize work and focus on specific tasks within the project.
Description
The feature allows precise control over who has access to subtasks within projects. Users can specify whether they want to see only the subtasks assigned to them ("my subtasks") or have visibility of all subtasks within a master task ("all subtasks"). This functionality allows users to customize task visibility according to their individual needs and role in the project, ensuring clear workflow and efficient information management.
